Job title: HR Manager
Contract: Permanent
Grade: £45,000- £50,000 (dependant on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Reporting to: Commercial Director
We are looking to appoint a HR Manager to lead the HR function for Westholme, providing operational and strategic HR advice and support, and working in partnership with senior leaders to drive school improvement.
As HR Manager you will be responsible for the function’s administration & facilitation of HR processes encompassing the entire employee lifecycle. Driving continuous improvement in all aspects of Westholme’s employee experience.
This is a superb opportunity to assist in the development of an inclusive culture which recognises and values the contributions of staff, setting high standards and expectations ensuring that everyone is empowered to do their best.
As HR Manager you will also have the opportunity to promote and contribute to the development and implementation of the overall vision, values and aspirations of the school.
