One of our recent campaigns saw a record high in education recruitment statistics. This was for a school in Leeds looking to appoint a DT teacher. We thought carefully to build a robust strategy that would bring results in a quick and efficient way.
The targeted online advertising campaign for this ‘harder to fill’ role produced 4k impressions from relevant DT teachers within commutable distance from the school.
The well written job ‘search listing summary’ caught the attention of 111 specialist teachers who then paused and clicked the summary to explore the full open job advert. Through intelligent writing of the career benefits at this school we turned 111 readers into 10 fully submitted high quality applicants. This is a remarkable 9% read to apply conversion rate. This is well above the online industry standard which is approximately 2.5%!
The experience seen in these applications was superb. The school had the freedom to choose from and shortlist 4x ‘A’ grade candidates that they were delighted to invite through to interview.
The school went on to appoint a excellent DT teacher and it is fair to say they are indeed one of the most brilliant DT teachers in the Leeds & Bradford region! Well done!
