The SENCO and Inclusion Lead (Assistant Principal) will provide:

• Lead our SEND and Inclusion Team.
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the school’s SEND and Inclusion policies, procedures and routines.
• Plan, deliver and evaluate the impact of SEND and Inclusion interventions.
• Work collaboratively with students and parents/carers to promote learning and progress, helping students overcome barriers to learning.
• Coach, support and advise teachers on strategies that enhance and empower SEND and Inclusion.
• Lead the engagement with a range of external professionals and agencies

One In A Million Free School;

OIAMFS opened in September 2013 with just 60 year 7 students, we are now full and are oversubscribed every year. We are based next to the iconic home of Bradford City Football Club, Valley Parade.
