Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a newly established organisation in the very early stages of its growth? This is a new role which presents the chance for the post-holder to really make a difference and to positively shape the estates provision across our trust.

Falcon Education Academies Trust is a newly formed multi academy trust, led by a strong trustee and senior leadership team with a proven track record of school improvement. We are a Department for Education (DfE) approved sponsor multi academy trust. Our member academies will be either maintained schools that convert under a Directed Academy Order or existing academies that the DfE believes would benefit from being part of our trust.

Working directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be responsible for the operational management of all trust sites, providing a comprehensive premises support service in line with Health and Safety and compliance regulations, along with meeting the needs of teaching and learning. You will ensure that all estates related matters are dealt with in an effective and consistent manner, providing services, advice and guidance on policy and industry best practice.

Bringing relevant experience of estates management and full working knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance requirements inschools, you will be anindividual with excellent planning and organisational skills, able to meet a variety of strict deadlines. You will also have a positive approach and passion to consistently review and improve our estates provision.

You will be required to work in any of the schools/academies within the trust as directed by the CEO.
